Essential Information

Booking:
by telephone, VHF, fax, postal mail or email, using the application form for vacancies which can be found on the website (reply within 48 hours):

Vessel arrival: A member of staff is available for any assistance needed during opening hours. Assistance is also provided for installing the gangway and mooring (in high season). An information pack is obtainable at the reception desk.
Super yachts: A member of staff is available outside of working hours (on request).

Vessel departure: To cast off moorings, assistance is provided on request.

 
Basic Information
 
Electricity and water supply available on all quays:
     ° Drinking water: The use of a water pistol is obligatory. Consumption is included in the mooring fee.
     ° Electricity: All the berths are equipped with outlet boxes:
          - On the pontoons (boats <12m LOA) 5A outlets. Consumption is included in the mooring fee.
          - On quay berths (boats >12m LOA) customised outlets (220V / 380V)15-250A. Consumption charges 
          based on electricity metre reading.
          - European plugs can be rented / purchased / borrowed at the port office

Telephone: Berths of more than 10m are equipped with phone sockets. One or more phone lines available on request: contact the Harbour Master's Office.

Weather: Weather forecasts displayed on TFT screen at the Harbour Master's Office - Navimet Service: permanent transmission on Monaco radio (VHF 23) - Météosat video transmission 24h/day - Météo Marine, Tel. 08 36 69 1234 / 08 92 68 08 06

Refuse collection: Containers are available on all the pontoons and quays - Refuse is collected every day before 8:00 and after 16:00 in summer. Refuse bags are available at the Harbour Master's Office. See map

Sanitary facilities: WC/shower block open 06:00 to 21:30 below the Harbour Master's Office (shower tokens Euros 1.50, available from the Harbour Master's Office) + 1 group of WCs in the maritime terminal for cruise passengers.

Waste disposal: Quai Laubeuf - Containers for waste oil, batteries and other toxic waste.
Other waste oil containers are available on the port (Quai Saint Pierre, Jetée Albert Edouard, Jetée Ouest).

Water quality: Water is checked twice a month by a specialist company.

Ice: On sale at the fuel station and Pantiéro drinks stand

Postal service: Free service - Mail can be collected at the Harbour Master's Office.

Surveillance:
     ° The entire port area is patrolled night and day by national and municipal police services
     ° Private port surveillance service - Security agents are present every night in the port area and car park -

     ° Port installations are under video surveillance 24h/day

Wi-Fi Zone: Jetée Albert Edouard, Ponton E Pantiéro

Parking areas: direct access to the quays, cards available at the Harbour Master's Office.

 
Professional Services

Hardstanding area:
Quai Laubeuf - 10-tonne mobile crane + elevator for handling ships of up to 25m: maximum weight 65 tonnes, maximum width 6.10m

Hardstanding office opening hours: from monday to friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00

Sewage: Pumping-out is possible from 7.00 to 9.00. Contact one of the specialist companies on the list available in the Harbour Master's Office.
