This area is available for commercial use, in its entirety or as one or several rental areas (with a compulsory minimum surface area). The size of the area to be rented must take into account the compulsory security perimeter.
 

Possible rental configurations :

• You are the only client using the Esplanade (either the whole or part of the area): as we have not yet received other requests for the same dates, you can choose your own position on the Esplanade.
• You are one of several clients using the Esplanade: the first request treated by us (signed agreement) will have the possibility of choosing his position. However, if other requests are submitted after yours, we will offer you the choice of either the Suquet or Passenger Terminal side of the Esplanade.

Operational Regulations:

• A load limit of 800 kg applies to the entire surface of the Esplanade, with the exception of the central area.
• Loading/unloading, in particular from trailers, can only be carried out on the central area, as this is the only area which can support up to 1000 kg in distributed load.
• The fire-brigade access which borders the Esplanade must be kept clear. No parking, even temporarily, will be tolerated. This prohibition applies all types of vehicles.
• The tent anchor points are situated every 5 m (in a 5m x 5m grid).
• Only white tents are allowed (except for with special permission, or in event colour codes). For small tents (equal to. or less than 5m) we permit pagoda-style roofs. For larger tents or those of different shapes, a plan must submitted by email to the Events Office (service manifestations domaniales).
• Whatever the size of the event, Esplanade cleaning costs are included in the quotation, pro rata with the area rented.

  - Pantiéro Side : 3 electrical switchboards available, each with a capacity of
  63A+32A/ 60 KVA.
  - Quay Side : 3 outpoints on the same line : 250A per phase / 150 KVA
  - Terrace Area : Switchboard: 400A per phase / 250 KVA or switchboard: 2x250A
  
• Water supplies :
  - Pantiéro Side: two waste water connection points (1 gravity operated + 1 non-gravity)
  - Quay Side: 1 waste water connection point (non-gravity)
  
• Telephone network :
  - Lines can be opened using our network (up to 100 lines with the prefix 04.92.98.XX.XX) Any specialized lines will incur a connection charge for each line opened.
  
• WiFi Internet Network:
  - A WiFi antenna is installed on the roof of the Passenger Terminal. It is directed toward the Esplanade, and has a bandwidth of 18Mb..

Operational Regulations :

• A load limit of 500 kg applied to the wooden section of the Terrace.
• A load limit of 1000 kg applies to the concrete section.
• The fire-brigade access which borders the Esplanade must be kept clear. No parking, even temporarily, will be tolerated. This prohibition applies all types of vehicles.
• No games are allowed on the wooden section of the Terrace: roller-blading, skate-boarding, cycling …
• The tent anchor points are situated every 5 m (in a 5m x 5m grid).

Operational Regulations: 

• Safety equipment on the site (extinguishes, fire detectors …) must not be obstructed and/or moved.
• Attachments to the ceiling are prohibited.
• The maximum number of people authorised to be in the Passenger Terminal is 847 (large hall and small hall only)
• Only one type of sign is permitted on the exterior of the Passenger Terminal: illuminated banners, as the building is heritage-listed. The availability of this advertising area for you event is included in your quotation.
   

Banner dimensions:

• Festival Palace Side: 2.26m high and 19m long
• Pantiéro Promenade Side: 2.26m high and 49m long

You may attach a continuous banner using the two walls, or one banner on each wall. The banner(s) must be attached by a specialist. Only a sliding system of attachment may be used (no tape, ties or any other type of attachment). The banner(s) must be put up and taken down within the rented area, as set out in the agreement. Whatever the area rented, there is a fixed price cleaning fee for the Passenger Terminal and/or the Festival Hall.

• WiFi Internet Network:
  - WiFi access from the interior of the Passenger Terminal and the Festival Hall: the WiFi system provides a speed of 18Mbps, and is oriented towards the Esplanade. As the antenna is installed on the roof of the Passenger Terminal, the signal is relatively weak in this area.
  - The Festival Hall is equipped with a wired network: if activation is desired, please indicate this when making the initial request.
