For Port Gallice, the authority responsible for data processing is: SAS Gallice 21 (Pointe du Croûton - 47 Boulevard Edouard Baudoin - port Gallice - 06160 Juan-les-Pins, represented by its CEO).
Your personal data are kept for three years after the end of your contract, your last call at the port or your last contact with the port. If you do not respect your payment obligations, you may be listed on an "exclusion list". In this case, your information will be kept for the duration of the litigation process and until all avenues of enforcement have been exhausted. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the European Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, to correct, to delete, and to transfer your personal data, to restrict and limit processing, and to organise the fate of your post-mortem personal data.
