“J’me voyais déjà” show - Gil Marsalla

Françoise, a young woman from Cannes, decides to change her life and takes up residence in Montmartre. She dreams of becoming a famous artist.  Along the way, she crosses the path of Edith Piaf, who becomes her friend, confidante and soulmate. Françoise is also destined to fall in love... with a certain Charles Aznavour, a bohemian artist from Pigalle. An idyllic love story awaits the two in the City of Lights... and love is poised to triumph, even after her return to Cannes!

A vibrant homage to the greatest French songs of the post-war period, which have shaped the fairytale charm and long-lasting appeal of the City of Lights throughout the world. An exceptional cast including local stars, supported by an original set design, takes us back to the famous cabarets of the past, against a backdrop of the best-known French songs by Edith Piaf, Maurice Chevalier, Lucienne Boyer, Charles Trenet, Joséphine Baker, Yves Montand, Charles Aznavour, Jacques Brel and more.
